This will be my 5th year participating in the Frogman Swim. As an Army Veteran, I started looking for a way to support a local Veterans event, but I loved having an event dedicated to the Gold Star families of our fallen brothers. They are the real beauty of the event. I truly value every second I get to spend with them and learn about the amazing lives their sons, husband, and brothers led. Please help in our mission to honor and celebrate those lives with their loved ones.
